Privacy Policy — Prime Card Rummy
How Prime Card Rummy handles information when you browse primecardrummy.com, including analytics, cookies, and third-party links.
Effective date: 30 April 2026
Controller / publication: Prime Card Rummy (primecardrummy.com)
This Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed when you use our static editorial website, how we use it, and the choices available to you. It is written for readers worldwide, but your local laws may give you additional rights.
1. Summary in plain language
- We do not require accounts to browse Prime Card Rummy.
- The site is mostly static HTML/CSS assets. We still need to describe hosting logs, optional analytics, and outbound links because those pieces can involve third parties.
- Games and payments happen on publisher-operated sites after you leave ours.
If anything here conflicts with a jurisdiction-specific requirement that applies to you, the stricter rule wins for you.
2. What we publish
Prime Card Rummy provides informational summaries about mobile apps. We do not operate the games ourselves.
3. Information we may process (browse-only)
3.1 Server and CDN logs
Like most websites, infrastructure providers (for example a hosting company or content delivery network) may automatically log technical data such as:
- approximate IP address
- date/time of requests
- URL requested and HTTP status
- user agent string (browser/OS type)
We use this category of processing for security, abuse prevention, and operating the service. Retention depends on providers’ defaults unless we configure shorter windows.
3.2 Optional analytics (Google Analytics 4)
We may enable GA4 using a measurement ID injected at deploy time. When enabled, Google may collect pseudonymous usage data (such as coarse device/browser signals and on-site interactions) under Google’s policies.
How to reduce tracking: use browser controls, install a reputable tracker blocker, and review Google’s opt-out documentation for their advertising/analytics products.
When GA4 is disabled (empty ID), that tag should not load in production builds.
3.3 Cookies and similar technologies
Prime Card Rummy itself does not need login cookies for reading the directory.
If analytics or embedded media is enabled in the future, first- or third-party cookies may appear. We will update this policy and, where required, consent tooling.
3.4 Email you send us
If you email support@primecardrummy.com, we process:
- your email address
- the contents of your message
- metadata normally attached to email (timestamps, routing headers)
We use this to respond, document good-faith corrections, and meet legal obligations where applicable.
4. Outbound links and third-party destinations
Listings may link to publisher websites, app stores, or file hosts. Those services have their own privacy policies and may collect significantly more data (identifiers, financial information, location, biometrics during KYC, etc.).
You should read their policies before creating accounts or depositing funds.
5. Legal bases (for EEA/UK readers)
Where GDPR-style rules apply, we rely on:
- Legitimate interests in operating and securing a public website, understanding aggregated readership, and documenting corrections (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Consent where required for non-essential cookies or similar technologies (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), when we implement a consent banner or equivalent.
You may object to certain processing grounded in legitimate interests, subject to limitations.
6. Retention
- Emails: kept only as long as needed to complete the conversation or satisfy legal record-keeping.
- Server logs: governed by hosting/CDN providers; we do not use them to build marketing dossiers.
- Analytics: governed by the analytics vendor; explore their dashboards for deletion windows.
7. Sharing and transfers
We do not sell your personal information in the invasive sense of data-broker markets.
We do rely on processors (hosting, DNS, analytics) who may process data on our behalf. Some providers may be located outside your country; where required, we implement appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses).
8. Security
No online transmission is perfectly secure. We keep the attack surface small by staying static, but you should still patch devices, avoid sideloading unknown APKs, and treat outbound flows skeptically.
9. Children
Prime Card Rummy is not directed at children. Our editorial topic involves real-money entertainment themes and is meant for adults (18+) only.
10. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing was consent-based.
To exercise rights, email support@primecardrummy.com with (a) your jurisdiction, (b) the request type, (c) proof of identity if needed for safety.
You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
11. Changes
We will update this page when our practices change materially. The effective date at the top will move forward.
